The Myth, the Vitamin, the Legend…..

On a recent visit to a primary care physician, I was told that Vitamin D deficiency is a major problem and everyone should know where their levels are. Vitamin D is the only vitamin that is also a hormone. It is important that this hormone level remains healthy because it can affect a lot of other conditions. If you’ve been feeling a little  “off” and don’t know why, it could be that your Vitamin D is too low. NOTHING is more important than your health, so get right in 2011!
